"Solera"
in
Chandler, AZ
The
name "Solera"
was given to the "Active Adult Community" in the
Southeastern corner of Chandler, AZ. The community
was designed by Del Webb and homes were built by
Pulte.
The
"Solera"
Community is enclosed in the 1 mile section of land with Riggs Road as the
Northern Boundary that also encompasses the Main Entrance to
"Solera"
, the Lone Tree Golf Course, Coach and Willies, and the
Gatehouse to the Community. Lindsey
Road serves as the Eastern Boundary; Hunt Hwy serves as the Southern
Boundary; and Gilbert Road serves as the Western Boundary. An area
in the Northwestern corner is the Community of Springfield Lakes,
and is separated from
"Solera"
Weaving
throughout the Solera
Community is the beautiful Lone Tree Golf Course. The Club House and
Grill are the starting point. The 18 hole championship golf course serves a double purpose
from golf and provides drainage for the community.
Del Webb has
other communities across the country also called
"Solera"
. This leads to
"Solera Chandler"
to be significant..
The
Solera
Community of Home Owners have many activities, one being an Internet
Web Site called SoleraChandler. Thus solerachandler.com.
Our web site
is a community effort and is edited by
the Web Site Committee,
of which all are
Solera
Residents.
