Business Meeting 

Our business meetings are held on the first Monday of the month, starting at 9:00 AM in the Arts and Crafts Room.

Our agenda:

• Approval of the minutes, and Treasurer’s Report from the last meeting.
• Review upcoming events for Project Linus quilts.
• Draw a winner for the current Challenge Block Lotto, and discuss the new challenge block.
• Fabric Exchange between participating members, based on the color, and size agreed on at previous meeting.
• Working schedule for the next month is discussed and approved
• New Business

There are no dues for our club. Funds are raised by having quilt raffles, selling items such as potato bakers, adult bibs, small quilts and other items made by club members.

On the other Monday’s of the month, we meet to work on unfinished quilts, prepare kits for Project Linus, have classes and demonstrations, and prepare for upcoming projects.
